SESSION 2006-2007
To
evaluate the academic performance of the students the
following mechanism have been decided upon by the authorities
concerned.
The Assessment & Evaluation Tests are compulsory for the
students.
1.
Qualifying Test
: In between 2nd & 3rd week of the commencement of the
session
2.
1st Assessment Test
: In between 6th & 7th week of the commencement of the
session.
3.
2nd Assessment Test
: In between 9th & 10th week of the commencement of
the session.
4.
Final Evaluation :
Will be taken up & completed 1 (one) week before the schedule
date of submission of
Examination
Forms to the University for final Examination.
Concerned Department has the right to
reschedule the programme according to their suitability with
prior approval from the authority.

The
respective departments in consultation with the Examinations
Sub-Committee will take all assessment tests.

Final
Examinations, conducted by the University will be implemented
by the Center Committee, constitutes with the guardians,
teachers, office staff, executives of civil administration,
police administration and others as per guidelines.
 DISCIPLINE
The College gives emphasis on discipline . Students are
to abide by the Rules and
regulation
prescribed by the College authority from time to time.
Violation of Rules, unsatisfactory academic progress,
irregularity in attendance, showing discourtesy to teachers &
staff, recourse to unfair means in the examination etc. will
invite disciplinary actions like termination of scholarship,
forced transfer and even expulsion from the college.
No student organization shall be allowed to use
college premises for organization activities without the
permission of the Principal. All notice desired to be pasted
or circulated by the students any where in the college campus
shall require prior approval of the Principal. |
