will be conducted following the guidelines as recommended by
the Hon’ble Lyngdoh Commission & the framed structure of the
college in force. Students are hereby directed to go through
the guidelines as pasted in the Notice Board on 01.10.2007 and
the structure incorporated below followed by Programme.

2. Scrutiny of Nomination Paper on
15.11.2007 at 2.30 P.M.

Withdrawal of Nomination paper(s) on 16.11.2007 from 10

Announcement & publication of the list of valid
nomination papers on 16.11.2007 at 02
P.M.
5. Election to the Class
Representatives & Office Bearers of the Chhatra

In pursuance of the
notification issued by the Ministry of Human Resource
Development, Govt. of India, following the direction of the
Hon’ble Supreme Court on the recommendation of the Lyngdoh
Commission the undersigned appoints the following lecturers to
conduct the Chhatra Samsad Election for the
session 2007-2008 in the capacities as
indicated against each name.
This is an additional
assignment on purely honorary basis, which is a part of the
co-curricula activities. However, the Students’ Election
Conducting Committee & Grievance Redresses Cell
shall remain in force unchanged.
